PETER IS BEHAVING LIKE THE LEADER OF A BUNCH OF BLACKMAILED FRUITS.

Peter Pinnochio Punt and his KOBA colleagues are now reduced to the level of "bit part" players in the Terrocratic regime.  All Peter can do is "review" the situation relating to the deliberately provocative placement of murderers in key government positions.  The review will probably last four years which will take them to the next elections. 

Let not forget the fact Peter cannot do anything without the approval of JOINT First Minister J118!
This must be what Peter referred to when he made his famous quote about "a battle a day."
KOBA are behaving exactly the way you would expect a bunch of blackmailed fruits to behave.
