OPINION POLL ANALYSIS

Only a few hours remain to vote in the Super Injunction opinion poll Volume one.  At the minute the runaway leaders are Willie McCrea (aka Willie McLundy) and Jeffrey Donaldson (aka Jeffrey Donaldson).

Gerry Pinnochio Adams only received 3 votes so far. Not surprising, Gerry has been a protected species for years, he does not need to resort to the demeaning levels of seeking Super Injunctions. 

Red Hand Luke received one vote, the mind boggles at what someone thinks he needs a Super Injunction for?

We can gather from this opinion poll exercise two facts.
1. You can openly say Willie McCrea and Jeffrey Donaldson have Super Injunctions and no one will sue you.
2. You can openly say Willie McCrea and Jeffrey Donaldson have Super Injunctions and the "authorities" will not prosecute you for contempt of court.

So, why do MSM not openly reveal who has the Super Injunctions?
Two factors have taken place recently. Once the names of McCrea, Donaldson and Nolan appeared on the Super Injunction spreadsheet interest in the subject from MSM definitely waned.

Secondly, once it was publicly revealed 4 Super Injunctions had been taken out in N.Ireland MSM interest in the subject completely evapourated.  None of the political parties commented on the matter and none of the MSM journalists asked them any questions on the subject!

The repercussions of McCrea and Donaldson getting Super Injunctions could be enormous.  Some of the possible fall out could be, the result of the 2010 Westminster elections in N.Ireland would have to be declared null and void.  If it has been found they have obtained the court orders by dishonest means they could both go to jail.

All those who knowingly took part in the subterfuge could be liable to legal prosecution.  
At the moment the onus is on those who are suspected or known to have obtained Super Injunctions to prove they do not have them!
