Pope Lundy1 has "CONGRATULATED" Brady, if The Irish Independent is to be believed. Should any FP minister have offered "congratulations" to any Babylonian upon his elevation within the Babylonian system approx 2 years ago, he would have been instantly removed from ministerial office within the FPC and rightly so.
It is now clear Pope Lundy is unacceptable as "moderator", his latest act of foolishness makes it incumbent for his fellow "ministers and elders" to remove him from the ministry of the FPC if they are to retain any semblance of integrity!
I do look forward to hearing an early declaration from the DUP and the FPC that any proposed visit by the ANTICHRIST to N.Ireland will be TOTALLY unacceptable!
It will help if the DUP statement opposing such a visit is made at the shrine of Terrocracy.
UPDATE !!!!
Saturday 20th October 2007.
Judging by the plethora of news reports emerging about the intended escapades of the Antichrist and the reaction of Pope Lundy. He must be disciplined as soon as possible. Will FP pulpits be silent regarding this matter on Sunday 21st October 2007.

SAM.....NOW LET ME SEE WHEN THE POPE FLIES INTO BELFAST AND IS ON THE TARMAC ..THERE WILL BE ADAMS AND MC GUINNESS AND SELECT OTHERS THERE TO GREET HIM,WHERE WILL THE BIGMAN BE ? WILL HE BE THERE ALSO OR WILL HE BE CALLED AWAY TO LET'S JUST SAY HACKENSACK N.J. USA?
WHERE HE HAS BEEN OR WILL BE VERY SHORTLY NOMINATED TO WIN THE "UNITED COUNTRIES "AWARD...GIVEN OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME TO SOMEONE SPECIAL WHO HAS DONE SOMETHING SPECIAL.
WHAT THEY HAVE CONCLUDED IS THAT DR.P HAS BEEN SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING 2 CATEGORIES.......
HE HAS DE-BUNKED THE OLD FOLK TALE THAT A CERTAIN SAINT PATRICK ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHURCH OF ROME HAS NOT AND I SAY AGAIN "NOT CHASED ANY SNAKES OUT FROM IRELAND AS PREVIOUSLY BEEN REPORTED IN THE PAST . THAT IS NOT TRUE IN ANY SENSE OF THE WORD
FALSE ---A LIE ---AN UNTRUTH.......
IN DOING SO THE NOW FAMOUS BIG MAN HAS GIVEN CREDENCE TO THE TERM OF "EVOLUTION" WHICH NOW MAKES THAT A "TRUTH " AND HERE IS HOW HE ACCOMPLISHED THAT .
IT HAS BEEN SAID THAT THE SNAKES OF THE GARDEN OF EDEN WERE IN FACT SNAKES IN THE GRASS THEY WERE ATTIRED IN SLICK SHINNY SLIPPERY
SUITS WITH VARIOUS GEOMETRIC PATTERNS, WELL THE FACT IS TODAY IF ONE WERE TO TAKE A WALK ABOUT STORMONT YOU WILL NOTICE IF YOU LOOK VERY CLOSE THAT IN THE GRASSY AREA THAT SURROUND THE BUILDING AND IN THE TALL TREE AREA AND ALONG THE SIDEWALKS ,THE PARKING AREA,,IN THE FRONT LOBBY OF THE BUILDIG IN THE HALLWAYS .DINNING AREAS, BASEMENT .UPPER FLOORS AND IN MOST ALL OFFICES RESTROOMS ,JUST ALL OVER THE PLACE THE SERPENTS SUIT HAS EVOLVED TO
DOUBLE BREASTED--SINGLE BREASTED
SOME IN WOOL ,SOME IN WOOL AND POLYESTER SOME SMOOTH SOME SHINY AS IN SHARKSKIN THEY WEAR WHITE SHIRTS SOME WEAR BLUE SHIRTS , SOME WEAR RED TIES SOME WEAR DARK TIES SOME WEAR NO TIES SO THERE SUITS HAVE CHANGED OVER THE YEARS
THEY HAVE INDEED EVOLVED OVER TIME BUT THEY SEEM TO DO THE SAME OLD THING.
SO I HAVE IT ON GOOD SPECALATION THAT THE "UNITED COUNTRIES " OF THE WORLD LOCATED IN HACKENSACK N.J. USA WILL BE SENDING THE INVITATION TO DR.P VERY SHORTLY
MY REASON FOR KNOWING IS MY BROTHER -IN LAW WORKS IN THE BUILDING AND HEARD THIS AT THE WATER COOLER WHILE ON BREAK.
SO YOU SEE DR.P DE BUNKS THE OLD STORY OF SNAKES GONE --DRIVEN OUT OF IRELAND AND PROVES THAT EVOLUTION DOES EXIST.
SO HE WILL BE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ARRIVAL OF THE POPE WHEN HE COME TO BELFAST.

Your site has been up i week now with "no comments ".The reason is simple .reason # 1
you have "crumbled" and that is not a pastry treat ,just for the record.
# 2 all of your allegations against Dr.Paisley have been found by the presbytery of the FPC were found to be of no substance. He was exonerated of any wrong doings.
so i would appear a public apology
will be forth coming"SOON" ON THIS BLOG in order that you may save face.
#3 IT WOULD SEEM THAT YOU HAVE LOST ALL CREDIBILITY FOR THE MOMENT.
so with that i will await your mounting my comment and of course your over due apology to the Rev. Dr. Paisley.

Hello Sam,Glad you are back and really glad that you made comment as you have regarding
Dr.Paisley.you then are in agreement with many /few that write at "CHRIST MY HERO BLOG SPOT. By the way i did not think that you would mount my comments as you stated that you are now a DICTATOR as in Castro---Chavez---Putin---and a few others so i did send
a copy of same to Christ my hero ---she/he invites all sides of the topic and she also agrees with what you said re;P of that i.m sure. She/He also seeks truth,by the way just how many stories did the newsletter publish of yours ? I found 3 Aug /Sept time frame were there many more ?a few more ? no more .
Now since you state that you dis- agree with "P" and you quit / left the DUP to work for Jim A.....because again you disagree with "P"....then it would follow that you will soon-- as in very soon quit / leave the FPC and sever all strings with them as you disagree with " P " and since it is HIS CHURCH am i correct that you will publicly make that statement?
Well then once you do all that you are a FREE MAN no old strings no old connections
be- holding to "NO ONE" you are now your own man owe no favors to anyone can speak the truth and not worry that something will comeback to bite you..
But here in lies the problem ...the fpc church elders /people/ SOME CERTAIN PASTORS at the top FOUND THAT "P"
DID NO WRONG AND HE WAS NOT GUILTY OF ANY WRONG DOINGS CORRECT?
Then it would follow that those pastors who met with "P " in the cloak room "to do the deal "
owe the REV.DR. IAN PAISLEY A PUBLIC APOLOGY FOR SAYING WHAT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY SAID ABOUT HIM AND WHAT HE WAS DOING........CORRECT? Now at this writting i am unable to re call the few pastors names that met with "P" in the cloak room ,but i will go back to research who they are and let you and all know ..just to keep it straight.you see Unless SAM you would like to do this for a story /series for the newsletter paper.let me know I.m sure they would jump at the chance to publish your story.
Now Sam this would be a great story for you to write for the newsletter one of which i am sure will be published ,perhaps a series ..on going and developing.....on a day to day basis this Will keep you up front and in the "NEWS LETTER"......fame and fortune lies ahead for those who the "RIGHT THING "IN THE RIGHT WAY" THE TRUTH IS YOUR LOGO
A BANNER OF TRUTH in a land which is full of lies .....lies and more lies .SAM GIVE THIS SOME THOUGHT .
Your statement of those across the Atlantic do you refer and suggest that DR.Alan Cairns
had a hand in this ?I was not aware that he was even in the country at the time ,although he could be in charge from afar i suspect.Internet and all.
That is a very interesting comment you have made. .And lastly if you did de- commission your blog site why was all the history removed ? especially when so much was negative toward "P"and we all did note that your de commision was the morning after the night before "STRANGE TIMING ???????????????CAN YOU EXPLAIN?
and yet you kept it up till now are you planing to add back in the history? Well just in case as a dictator your new title ..you do not mount my reply to your reply to my original comment i will plan on sending it to Christ my-hero and a few other sites..just for the RECORD.
LOOK FORWARD TO YOU JOINING THE SMALL BUT GROWING TEAM OF THOSE WHO SEEK "TRUTH" THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH SO HELP US "GOD"

I've been watching and listening to the raging row over the Arlene Foster/Seymore Sweeney/Causeway/Paisley Junior/Paisley saga, with muted interest and bubbling boredom. As for lies, the DUP have form, as for capability/experience on real issues, they also have form (not unlike much of the rest of the NI govenment).
Sinn Fein/IRA has doubts over its future with badly-behaving DUP. The irony!
Arlene is being called to get off her high horse. Paisley is being called to tell the truth. Him, who used to serve the truth. And, the public remain unconvinced.
Meanwhile, the new party ruminations continue.

NO POPE HERE
'No' to Pope's Visit
The battle of the Reformation is going to be fought again in this land. I am just wondering how many of the great Protestants are going to line up in this struggle. I am wondering how many people who are prepared to fight the Papacy when the Pope is in Rome, will they be prepared to fight the Papacy when the Pope comes to the shores of this Island. This will be a dividing and a divisive issue I am sure, and we as Protestants have a responsibility. 'The men of Issachar had understanding of the times, they knew what Israel ought to do'. I say, 'No' to' the Pope's visit on the basis of God's Word, on the basis of the historic Confessions of our Protestant heritage, and on the basis of the implication of the Papacy in the present struggles in our land.
There is a Roman Catholic priest doing time for I.R.A. offences in a prison in England. He has not been ex-communicated or censured by the Vatican. There is another [8] priest in hiding in Dublin for I.R.A. activities in the city of Glasgow. He is still carrying out his priestly duties, sits in a confessional box in a Church and pretends to forgive people their sins while he is wanted for a diabolical crime in the rest of the United Kingdom. Recently in the town of Lurgan a cover-up took place in which a large cache of I.R.A. arms was discovered, including ten mortar bombs and a mortar launcher, over 400 rounds of ammunition, rifles and pistols, all found in a Roman Catholic place of worship. The priest is not arrested. The caretaker of the Church is not arrested. No one is arrested. If they found such a cache of arms in this Church then you would be arrested. All of you would be under grave suspicion. I indict the Roman Catholic Church from this pulpit as I did on the Twelfth of July, and I see that none of them took up the challenge that they are deeply involved in the present struggle in this land.
We have a job to do. We must do it as spiritual men. Our weapons are not carnal but spiritual and mighty through God to the pulling down of the strongholds of the Devil. I welcome with all my heart this challenge. I am glad that the first place that the battle is to be fought is in Ulster. I am glad we have the choosing of the battleground. I would rather fight the Pope coming to Ulster than the Pope coming to London. I think we have an advantageous battleground and I believe in the goodness of God and the providence of God, God has arranged it so. Let us not fail.

Double role led Paisley to call it a day
The inside story of Rev Ian Paisley’s decision to stand down as Moderator of the Free Presbyterian Church has emerged.
Until now, the 200-odd Presbytery members at last Friday night's meeting had drawn a veil of secrecy over the detail of the historic decision for the DUP leader to leave the post after 56 years.
However, News Letter sources have now revealed what happened at the Martyrs' Memorial Church gathering in east Belfast to persuade Mr Paisley to step aside.
This included the commission established to gather internal opinion on the church and its political links, reporting a recommendation that the DUP leader should relinquish his position as moderator if he was to be First Minister.
Also, the meeting voting down a proposal to proceed to re-appointing the moderator and other officers. And Mr Paisley finally announcing he would not seek re-election for the sake of the church – avoiding a split between his supporters and opponents.
The DUP leader has already told the News Letter he made no offer to resign. And though those close to him have suggested he did consider the idea before the meeting, it is now understood that he attended the Presbytery AGM planning to stand again for moderator.
Early in the meeting, the contents of the report by the special internal commission, which took views from within on the political situation and its implications for the church, advised that the MP should stand down.
It said Mr Paisley's political direction as First Minister was at odds with being the moderator. A view was also expressed that the church had opposed the Belfast Agreement and unrepentant terrorists in Government, and that terrorists had not repented.
A source said: "The commission made reference to the Belfast Agreement and the statement printed in the News Letter (in May 1998) by the church and others churches opposing Sinn Fein in Government.
"Dr Paisley also tackled the issue of being First Minister and his office supporting gay rights and said this was not his personal position. It was fairly heated. At this stage Doc seemed to still be going for re-election but the commission report had set the mood," said the source.
The source added a proposal was then put to the gathering, on proceeding to the re-election of all (Presbytery) officers for another year.
That was blocked – indicating that Mr Paisley would be challenged by someone for the moderator's position.
"At that point the Doc knew that if he wanted to push it he would likely lose but also tear the church in two," said the source.
It seems this is probably the moment in the meeting which Mr Paisley referred to during his Sunday sermon at Martyrs' Memorial when he told the congregation: "At our annual Presbytery...the Free Presby-
terian Church was facing a very real crisis."
The source said: "The meeting was then adjourned for 15 minutes to allow for a private discussion between Dr Ronnie Johnstone (deputy moderator) and others – but the break must have been about 45 minutes."
In that period, it is believed senior Free Presbyterians, including Paisley critic the Rev Ivan Foster and Ballymena minister John Greer, went into a side room to talk with Mr Paisley. "I don't know what was said but I think it is fair to assume Doc had no other choice but to agree he should step aside, allowing the church to divorce itself from the politics," said the source.
In his sermon on Sunday, Mr Paisley said of this moment: "By what I can only describe as Christ's intervention, the atmosphere of that meeting suddenly changed and the entire Presbytery knew it."
The source said: "The mood did change and was calmer and Mr Paisley agreed to go, averting a confrontation."

Family in court over fake statue
An 83-year-old man and his family have appeared in court charged in connection with the sale of a fake Egyptian statue which was thought to be worth £1m.
Bolton Council paid £440,000 for the Amarna Princess in 2003 believing it was 3,300-years-old - but in 2006 experts found it was counterfeit.
George Greenhalgh, his wife Olive, 82, and sons, George, 52, and Shaun, 46, appeared at Bolton Magistrates' Court.
They were bailed to appear at Bolton Crown Court on 24 July.
The four, who live together in The Crescent, Bromley Cross, Bolton, were arrested last Saturday.
They are accused of running a family firm selling bogus antiquities.
The statue was said to represent one of the daughters of Pharaoh Akhenaten and Queen Nefertiti, the mother of Tutankhamun.
Arts grants
Officers from the Metropolitan Police's Art and Antiques Unit removed the artefact in March 2006 after concerns were raised.
The council bought the antique with a grant of £360,000 from the National Heritage Memorial Fund, £75,000 from the National Art Collections Fund and £2,500 from the Friends of Bolton Museum and Art Gallery.
The statue went on display in the town's museum after first being featured in an exhibition in London.
George Greenhalgh Snr, Olive Greenhalgh and Shaun Greenhalgh are all accused of conspiracy to defraud, including allegedly selling faked and forged works of arts as genuine, between 1989 and 2006.
They are also charged with money laundering fake arts and antiques and the proceeds of the sales from the antiques.
George Greenhalgh Snr and Shaun Greenhalgh face an additional charge of money laundering the proceeds of the sale of the Amarna Princess.
George Greenhalgh Jnr is charged with money laundering fake arts and antiques and the proceeds of the sales from the antiques.
All four were given unconditional bail and are expected to enter pleas when they appear at Bolton Crown Court in July.

Paisley happy with church decision
Henry McDonald, Ireland editor
Sunday September 9, 2007
The Observer
British ministers last night sought to play down Ian Paisley's decision to step down as head of the Free Presbyterian Church.
Shaun Woodward, the Northern Ireland Secretary, said he was not convinced that the opposition Paisley faced over the weekend from a number of delegates to the church's annual general meeting would destabilise the Northern Ireland power-sharing government.
The 81-year-old First Minister announced early yesterday that he would not seek re-election as moderator of the Free Presbyterians.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sources within the fundamentalist church, led by Paisley since he founded it in 1951, told The Observer last night that he had 'jumped before he was pushed'. They said his decision to step down was taken in the light of opposition within the Free Presbyterians to the power-sharing deal at Stormont.
An AGM of the church had been picketed earlier by opponents of Paisley's role as First Minister.
'Many delegates were upset at how chummy he and Martin McGuinness seem to be these days,' one delegate said. 'Ian knew there could be a contest and possibly splits if he went forward as moderator again. He didn't want to split the church. '
A representative of Paisley's family said last night: 'It was his decision and he is very happy.'
Woodward pointed out that the majority of voters continued to support what was once an unthinkable political partnership between Paisley and McGuinness. Since they went into government on 8 May the former political foes have hosted functions at Stormont together and are often seen joking with each other.
Senior sources inside Paisley's Democratic Unionists insisted the move would not affect the political situation. 'The decision provides him with an opportunity to concentrate on running the country. The moderatorship is a very demanding role in itself. It's worth remembering too that the church drew up a commission that investigated his role as First Minister and it concluded that he had breached no rules of the Presbytery.'
Party sources said the dissent within the church was unlikely to cause ruptures within the DUP. Although a number of prominent DUP members are members of the church, they have all signed up to the power sharing deal.
now who was heading up this commission?
i'll go back to the research dept. and i will be back in awhile.

The Presbytery of the FPC of Ulster needs purged. Every elder/minister who holds the view no wrong has been done must be removed from office.
If they had any integrity they would resign voluntarily. As the matter stands they will most likely choose the path of being humiliated into resigning or retiring!
SAM.....This article insults my
intelligence! Is this the Free Presbyterian Church's idea of separating politics from the church . . that which the FP members of the Presbytery "voted overwhelmingly" to do?

'Paisley says yes Big Ian charms Dublin'
By Grainne Cunningham
Saturday October 20 2007
THE transformation of the "never, never, never" man into jovial dinner speaker is apparently complete. That most trenchant of naysayers, Ian Paisley, oozed charm and bonhomie yesterday and dazzled Trinity College students with his openness and charisma.
Having once branded then Ulster Unionist leader Jim Molyneaux a "Judas" over his budding relationship with Dublin, it seems the Northern Ireland First Minister now just loves the place.
The DUP leader was in town to address the Edward Carson lecture, organised by its historical society to honour the university's former student and unionism's founding father.
During a rousing question and answer period, Mr Paisley revealed that he chummed around with Catholics until he was six-years-old but lost touch after he started attending a Protestant-only school.
He also surprised his audience by appearing to depart from his own party's line by insisting he was not in favour of segregated schools.
"We are a strange race... we love and we hate... when we love, we love hard and when we hate, we hate hard", he said. Asked if he had any regrets, Mr Paisley said he had many which included his failure to come to Dublin and evangelise the "heathen".
College Historical Society spokesman Jamie Walsh said that he answered "contentious" questions frankly and directly and impressed students with his "integrity". He was rewarded with two lengthy outbursts of applause for his efforts.
However, he was not quite so open with waiting journalists who quizzed him on comments from Archbishop Diarmuid Martin about a possible visit by Pope Benedict. Mr Paisley neatly side-stepped requests for a response, "I am here as First Minister and I'm a politician and I'm not answering any questions on that,'' he said.
Mr Paisley said he would not be commenting on religious matters while acting as a politician.

PAPAL VISIT TO NORTHERN IRELAND & A LESSON FROM HISTORY
HOW THE POPES GAVE IRELAND TO ENGLAND
GENERATIONS of Roman Catholic Irish Republicans have proclaimed loud and long that the source of all of Ireland's woes has been the presence of the English. The Emerald Isle, once famed as a land of Saints and Scholars, has been drenched in blood down the centuries, as inhuman fiends posing as patriots have murdered, maimed and massacred, rebelled and waged civil war, often with the blessing of the Roman Catholic clergy, in the supposed cause of Irish freedom.
However the suppressed facts of history are that when King Henry IIof England landed with an army of 4,000 at Waterford in October 1171, he came at the Pope's behest and carrying as his authority the Papal Bull Laudabiliter, by which the Roman Pontiff claimed the right to bestow Ireland as a gift to the English King on condition that he suppressed the ancient Celtic or Culdee Church, and brought the island and its people into submission to Rome.
We reproduce herewith the Bull Laudabiliter by which Pope Adrian IV gave Ireland to England:
"Adrian, bishop, servant of the servants of God, to our well beloved son in Christ, the illustrious King of the English greeting and Apostolic Benediction. Laudably, and profitably, does your majesty contemplate spreading the glory of your name on earth and laying up for yourself the reward of eternal happiness in heaven, in that as becomes a Catholic Prince, you propose to enlarge the boundaries of the Church, to proclaim the truths of the Christian religion to a rude and ignorant people (the Irish), to root out the growth of vice from the field of the Lord; and the better to accomplish this purpose you seek the counsel and goodwill of the Apostolic See. In pursuing your object the loftier your aim and the greater your discretion, the more prosperous we are assured with God's assistance will be the progress you will make: for undertakings commenced in the zeal of faith and the love of religion are ever wont to attain to a good end and issue. Verily as your excellency doth acknowledge, there is no doubt that Ireland, and all the islands on which Christ the sun of righteousness has shone, and which have accepted the doctrines of the Christian faith, belong to the blessed Peter and the Holy Roman Church, wherefore the more pleased are we to plant in them the seed of faith acceptable to God, inasmuch as our conscience warns us that in their case a stricter account will hereafter be required of us.
Whereas then well beloved son in Christ you have expressed to us your desire to enter the island of Ireland in order to subject its people to law (Papal Canon Law) and to root out from them the weeds of vice (the ancient Culdee faith) and your willingness to pay an annual tribute to the blessed Peter (the Pope) of one penny from every house, and to maintain the rights of the Churches of that land whole and inviolate. We therefore meeting your pious and laudable desire with due favour, and according a gracious assent to your petition, do hereby declare our will and pleasure, that with a view to enlarging the boundaries of the Church, restraining the downward course of vice, correcting evil customs and planting virtue and for the increase of the Christian religion (Romanism) you shall enter that island and execute whatsoever may tend to the honour of God, and the welfare of the land; and also that the people shall receive you with honour and revere you as their Lord: provided always that the rights of the Churches remain whole and inviolate and saving to the blessed Peter and the Holy Roman Church the annual tribute of one penny for every house. If then you should carry your project into effect, let it be to your care to instruct that people in good ways of life ... that the Church there may be adorned, that the Christian religion (Romanism) may take root and grow ... that you may deserve at God's hands the fulness of an everlasting reward and may obtain on earth a name renowned throughout the ages."
Pope Adrian's successor Alexander III wrote to the Bishops of Ireland calling on them to submit to King Henry:
"Understanding that our dear son in Christ, Henry, illustrious King of England stirred by divine inspiration and with his united forces has subjected to his dominion, that people a barbarous one, uncivilized and ignorant of the Divine Law - we command and enjoin upon you that you will diligently and manfully assist the above said King to maintain and preserve that land and to extirpate the filthiness of such great abominations. And if any of the Kings, Princes or persons of the land shall rashly attempt to go against his due oath and fealty pledged to the said King you shall lay ecclesiastical censure on such a one."
In a similar vein Pope Alexander addressed these words to the Princes of Ireland:
"Whereas you have received our dear son in Christ, Henry, illustrious King of England as your king and Lord and have sworn fealty to him ... we ward and admonish your noble order to strive to preserve the fealty which by solemn oath you have made."
The same Roman Pontiff in a letter congratulating Henry on his conquest of Ireland wrote:
"We have been assured how you have wonderfully triumphed over the people of Ireland and over a Kingdom which the Roman Emperors, the conquerors of the world left untouched, and you have extended the power of your majesty over the same people, a race uncivilized and undisciplined. We understand that you, collecting your splendid naval and land forces have set your mind upon subjugating that people ... so we exhort and beseech your majesty and enjoin upon you that you will even more intently and strenuously continue ... and earnestly enjoin upon your majesty that you will carefully seek to preserve the rights of the See of St. Peter."
This was indeed what King Henry did and one of his first acts was to call the Council of Cashel in 1172 at which the ancient Celtic Church of Ireland was brought into submission to the yoke of Roman bondage. As for the Papal insults that the Irish were a rude, ignorant, uncivilized people, had not the missionaries of Patrick's Celtic Church brought the uncorrupted Gospel not only to the rest of the British Isles but to Europe? Was it a savage people who produced such beautifully illuminated Christian manuscripts as the Book of Kells, and who preserved the primitive Christian faith in their communities even under Viking attack, whilst Papal Rome was sunk in, the depths of vice and superstitions?
The Roman Catholic writer O'Driscoll admits:
"The Christian Church of Ireland was founded by St. Patrick, existed for many centuries free and unshackled ... and differed on many points from Rome. From the days of Patrick to the Council of Cashel was a bright and glorious career for Ireland. From the sitting of that Council to our own times the lot of Ireland has been unmixed evil and all her history a tale of woe." Views of Ireland, Vol. 2, Page 84.
It was only when the rest of the British Isles and the British Monarchy embraced Protestantism at the Reformation, that the Papacy changed its policy and began to pose as the champion of Irish freedom. The bloody wars, wholesale massacres, and midnight assassinations incited by the Romish clergy in the name of Irish patriotism were in fact conflicts fought purely and simply to secure the continued domination of this island by Roman Catholicism. Papal policy is best summed up in this letter sent to the Irish rebel leader Shane O'Neill by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Mentz - dated in Rome April 28th, 1528:
"My dear son O'Neill, thou and thy fathers are all along faithful to the Mother Church of Rome. His Holiness Paul III, now Pope, and the Council of the Holy Fathers there, have lately found a prophecy of one Saint Lazerianus Bishop of Cashel, wherein he saith that the Mother Church of Rome falleth, when in Ireland the Catholic Faith is overcome. Therefore for the glory of the Mother Church, the honour of St. Peter, and your own secureness suppress heresy and His Holiness' enemies, for when the Roman Faith there perisheth (in Ireland) the See of Rome falleth also. Therefore the Council of Cardinals have thought fit to encourage your country of Ireland as a Sacred Island, being certified whilst the Mother Church hath a son of worth as yourself, and those that shall succour you and join therein, that she will never fall but have more or less hold in Britain in spite of fate." Mant's History of the Irish Church, page 40.
The Irish Republican terrorists currently waging their war of genocide against the Protestant majority in Northern Ireland, loudly demand that we:
"Break the British connection."
and boldly declare that:
"Ireland unfree will never be at peace."
Their political philosophy and hence their murder campaign is based on a perversion of Irish history and the deliberate suppression of facts.
The real truth is that:
Ireland will only truly enjoy peace and liberty when the chains of Roman Catholicism are broken by the Gospel of Christ, and the blight of priestcraft and Popery are banished from our island home for ever.

Blair ‘Drafting Queen’s Apology to the Pope’
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Report from the English Churchman 6&13 October, 2000
English Churchman
According to a release from the Episcopal News Service [USA] Mr. Blair will play a part in drafting the Queen’s message to the Pope.
It says, ‘Queen Elizabeth II of England and Pope John Paul II will express regret about religious conflicts of the past when they meet in October. The meeting, the third between the Queen and the Pope, will take place during her state visit to Italy.
‘According to a report, the two will exchange written statements which would reveal their sorrow about misdeeds committed in the names of both their churches. ‘There has never been an acknowledgment of the wrongs done to the Catholic population and such a gesture would be very welcome,’ said a senior Catholic bishop. The Pope’s apologetic mood coincides with Prime Minister Tony Blair’s wish to atone for the past.
Blair recently apologised for the Irish Potato Famine and to the unjustly jailed Guildford Four. Blair will play a part in drafting the Queen’s message to the Pope.’
