SPOT THE CONMAN???

All the characters pictured below make O`Neill look like a paragon of virtue!




It is probably impossible to uncover all the scams and schemes these rogues have been running in order to line their pockets. Marty was probably giving his tea-boy some advice on the latest money-laundering schemes when this picture was taken.
