LOVE THE SINNER BUT HATE THE SIN????

Last changing of the guard at Spandau prison.
Modern Christianity has become so infected with the thinking of the age "love" has become confused as misguided sentimentality. There are "sins" which God has declared as crimes worthy and demanding punishment. God knowing the proneness of man`s nature to distorted thinking, feeling and judgement sets down the proviso to safeguard such defects when it comes to recognising and punishing wrongdoing and wrongdoers. "Thine eye shall not pity him."

De 19:13 Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee.

A letter appears in "Britian at War" magazine from a former British soldier who served as a guard at Spandau prison in the 1950`s.

"In those days, each country did one month at a time and there were six prisoners: Raeder,Doenitz,Speer,Funk,Von Schirach and Hess. When they came out for exercise you saw elderly men in black duffel coats, each with a number in white on the back - so you knew exactly who you were looking at. BEFORE GOING INTO THE PRISON WE WERE SHOWN WARTIME FILMS, TAKEN BY THE GERMANS, WHICH SHOWED WHY THESE MEN HAD BEEN IMPRISONED AND YOU FELT NO SYMPATHY FOR THEM!"
I doubt if the powers that be would allow the British army to carry out such a policy today!
