The election of Shimon Peres as President of Israel is testimony to the absolute corruption of the body politic of the nation of Israel. Peres was allegedly described by former PM Rabin as being "educated by Jesuits in Poland".In May 1992 Peres sent a telegram to the Vatican agreeing to hand over Jerusalem to the Vatican. He later used an ingenious denial to get out of the predicament. Unfortunately his denial was believed by the so-called "Religious leaders".
Every one who has been an obstacle to his political ambitions ends up murdered or becomes strangely silent.
On October 11 2001 the former Tourism minister Rehavam Ze`ev was murdered 4 hours before he was going to publicly denounce Peres as a traitor A "terrorist group" called PLFP carried it out.

Sadly the situation in N.Ireland is strikingly similar.
