The moral bankruptcy of N.Ireland is displayed by the political squabbling about building a new National Stadium. If the football, gaelic and rugby associations want a stadium, let them find their own locations and their own finance.There does not seem to be any lack of money to pay the fat cat officials who run these associations their salaries. Governments can easily find more deserving causes to give money to.
The same rule should apply to "loony language" funding. If people want to speak Irish or Ulster-Scots let them finance their own efforts to do so.
