They drape the Union Jack around themselves like a "Superman Cape". Do they think it gives them some sort of supernatural powers?A certain comparatively unknown Mr Simon Lundy is emerging as someone who may be stupid enough to take up the Lundy party standard for the next Euro election.
Simple Simon may think he is very clever but he is in the midst of a collection of cunning, lying, cheating, self-serving, rogues who will be very happy to sacrifice him in order to save their own political skins.
Even Edwin Lundy was not stupid enough to grasp at the poisoned Euro chalice!
Simple Simon ends his latest Lundy website statement with the immortal cliche,
"Only transparency, honesty and candour will suffice.” Mr. Lundy and his fellow establishment satraps will regret the utterance of these words.

As has been demonstrated on many occasions, "transparency, honesty and candour" are defined quite differently in DUP circles, thus ruling out any undermining of the "Lundy party standard" by the recent comments made by this relatively unknown DUP spokesman!
