THE CATERPILLAR CLUB

Britain At War magazine is a monthly publication which began May 2007. It contains many fascinating articles about various aspects of British warfare focusing mostly on WW2. The latest edition has a very interesting story of what is known as "The Caterpillar Club".
This club is unique, its membership is made up of people who have saved their lives through the use of a parachute when abandoning an aircraft.

The mgazine states, "Incredibly in the five and a half years of war until 28th June 1945, the European Division of the club increased by a staggering 22,618 members - and was still growing!"

Apparently discredited Unionist Lundies are anticipating saving their money grabbing, multiple postion seeking careers by "baling out" of their rather unsafe political aircraft and intending to parachute to safety in a new anti-agreement party which may come about.

Any political movement which is foolish enough to give unscrupulous individuals who have betrayed Biblical principles in N.Ireland a safe landing will be as instantly discredited as a Willie McLundy sermon. When they bail out, it is best if they parachute into political oblivion.
