Scumbag McComb is a local thug who is terrorising a number people in the local population. The strange thing is; he seems to be allowed to get a way with it! The local police seem unable to do anything about him.

In the last few days he has carried out an assault on an inoffensive individual. Today he was in the Grove Playing Fields harassing the same individual!
This is what happens when you have a "Keystone Cop" police force and a "Keystone Cop" policing policy.
He claims he is a “Born Again” Christian. He is not! He is a born again Buffoon. Matt is the head "Keystone Cop," he claims he will be doing all he can to protect the N.Ireland public yet he cannot deal will people like Scumbag McComb!
He is the minister in charge of “Policing and Justice.” Again he also claims he is doing everything in his power to protect the citizens of N.Ireland yet he cannot deal with people like Scumbag McComb!
What are law-abiding citizens supposed to do in these situations?

Apparently Scumbag McComb pretends he is crazy, that he has some sort of mental illness. He is pretending. Maybe he has watched movies and seen scenes where "crazy" people are portrayed and he has learned to put on a "crazy" act.
Real crazy people do not run away when they are confronted. It does not matter if the person confronting them is 6` 4," they still will not run away!
"Psychopaths" and general "crazy" people do not act they way they portray them in the movies! Then again, the general public are not aware of this!
