Read and listen to it for yourself.

It is inevitable there will be some sort of disaster in North or West Belfast relating to this issue.  At the moment there is an ongoing campaign to get people of medication like Temazapam and Diazapm.

Individuals who need this medication are told to get in touch with their GP`s or other medicals services if they are having problems.

The funny thing is, you may not get an appointment to see a GP for 4,5 or 6 days.  It is too late for someone who has started to go into a "Psychotic Episode."  Especially if they get their hands on a very large carving knife or even worse, get their hands on a gun!

King David acting the part of a mad person convincingly.
1 Sam 21
12 And David laid up these words in his heart, and was sore afraid of Achish the king of Gath.
13 And he changed his behaviour before them, and feigned himself mad in their hands, and scrabbled on the doors of the gate, and let his spittle fall down upon his beard.
14 Then said Achish unto his servants, Lo, ye see the man is mad: wherefore then have ye brought him to me?
15 Have I need of mad men, that ye have brought this fellow to play the mad man in my presence? shall this fellow come into my house?

Elisha the very sane prophet mistaken for a mad man. Elisha anointed Jehu who was a rather nasty piece of work.
2 Kings 9:11
11 Then Jehu came forth to the servants of his lord: and one said unto him, Is all well? wherefore came this mad fellow to thee? And he said unto them, Ye know the man, and his communication.

Absalom, he must be the modern day Psychiatrists dream patient.
Most people who feign "mental illness" are all talk and no action. Absalom was the other way round, he was all action and no talk!
2 Samuel 13:22
And Absalom spake unto his brother Amnon neither good nor bad: for Absalom hated Amnon, because he had forced his sister Tamar.

This is the most accurate portrayal of a "Psychotic" I have ever seen, it is almost exact.
