Field Marshall Jeffrey Lundy wants a murder case re-opened. To be specific it is the murder of Tom Oliver. The result of any re-investigation is predictable.
A high percentage of the murderers were and possbily still are; agents of the "British" intelligence services, of the informer type!
Perhaps the Field Marshall could now turn his attention to the Titanic mass murder cover up? It is highly unlikely he will though, the consequences for him would be too high.
