Wikileaks details relating to N.Ireland will only confirm what many people already knew and what many suspected.  Belfast Telegraph headlines with the news KOBA and IRA/MI5 had secret contacts.

KOBA spokesmen have always denied these claims. The publishing of these cables will probably have no effect, there are so many people in N.Ireland who have no moral compass. They will tolerate any deceit, murder, or propaganda just to keep the "Peace Process" on track.
