LETS LOOK AT THIS STORY FROM A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT ANGLE

The poor legal profession have been getting a very hard time over the last few days due to the reports of some "elite legal beagles" receiving very handsome payments.

However, there is an area of this cosy money generating racket which may be worth looking into. A friend of mine who just happens to be a Barrister, a real Barrister by the way, not a self appointed "jail-house Barrister" or a phony "backstreet loyalist pretend Barrister," anyway, he assured me some time ago the real beneficiaries of big legal payments are actually to be found in the medical profession.

Yes, all those poor consultants and specialists who provide medical evidence, research and such like apparently are the ones who pick up the real big paydays, allegedly! Perhaps some "journalist" could find the time to look into the matter?

Here is a small part of the basis for the legal establishment in any country. Eamon Mallie should read it, he thinks he is more compassionate than a Holy God, judging by some of his comments earlier in the week. How he ever became a "journalist" is a mystery to me?
Deut 19
16 If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;
17 Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;
18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;
19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
20 And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.
21 And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Notice particularly the last verse, there will always be Lord Longford type fools in any society who think more of the criminal than they do of the victim, v21 is placed there to stop their folly infecting the whole of society like a virus.
