One of the great British scoundrels.

Earlier today I can across an article about the late Terry Thomas. 
He seemed so funny when I was a kid. One of the films I saw him in was,  "It`s a Mad,Mad,Mad,Mad World,"  it is available on youtube but  embedding is disabled.

A Daily Mail article illustrates a good scene for a modern remake of the same movie.  All the scum and lowlife of the modern day British life are in it.

Here is Sgt Bilko doing an allegory of the modern day hacking scandal, the Bankster confidence trick ala Fred the Shred, getting even and the general gullibilty of the age.
