The recent revelations by Jonathan Powell has sparked of a story that will not go away. For some reason journalists smell blood, this long suspected foray into deceit by one or more lundys will end someones political career. Who would be so arrogant and stupid enough to believe they could do this and it would never be revealed. Was someone, or a number of someones doing a "solo run." Powell has confirmed it was "elected representatives" from IRA/MI5 and the Lundys who were involved.
Things are so bad even Brian Rowan is pretending he had suspicions about the nefarious goings on.
There is a crumb of comfort if the miscreants are Pink Presbyterians, they will not have to worry about being condemned fom the pulpit as being liars and deceivers, nor will they have to worry about Church discipline.
