MINISTER`S MINISTERY IMPLODES! WHO DO YOU THINK IT IS?

Who do you think it is?

One article used the quaint term "implode" to describe the sorry debacle which has emerged about a certain so-called "minister" who likes to use the term Doctor (don`t they all?)
Makes you wonder who will be next?
