Large headlines which try to portray some massive news scoop adorns the front page of the Irish News today. "FORMER TOP PROVO`S KEY PLAYERS IN CAR BOMBING"
Sadly it is not news, Willie Frazer has been saying this for a very long time on the FAIR site. You can work out for yourself the security strategy which is in place, it is the one which was used in many parts of Belfast years ago.
There is publicly stated policy which will continually utter cliches, such as "the terrorists will not win," "we are thwarting 95% of terror attacks," "the public must be vigilant," "there is no N0-Go areas!"
Then there is the private real policy, behind the scenes the people on the vulnerable border areas will be told, "we cannot guarantee your protection, you would be best moving to safer areas!"
Just like the Vatican who are the experts are carrying out the "public policy and secret policy" game.
