A picture of the Dry Dock where Titanic was fitted out.
You can see a better picture on the website.
This is about the best Titanic linked site I have come across so far. It is genuinely connected to authentic, historic, Titanic locations.
The website contains some stunning photos. Unfortunately the site does NOT tell the true story behind the sinking of the ship, however the Thompson Dry dock and related areas do look remarkably like they did in 1912.
Some advice for overseas readers.
If you are considering travelling to Belfast to see these Titanic themed sites, do not be conned by tour guides. All the Titanic sites are easily accessible and are all within walking distance. You can do enough research on the internet to be pretty sure where everything is.
This particular hotel is easy to locate and is in the Titanic Qaurter area. All the main Titanic sites are within walking distance of this hotel.
Here is a particularly useful piece of information which you will not get on the internet or anywhere else.
Due to the immense interest in the Titanic anniversary and the particular social peculiarities of N.Ireland, it is 100% certain some major Royals will attend some of the planned ceremonies! Probably Kate and Billy! So if you happen to come here you may just meet the Royal couple!
