Vladamir Putin must have a sense of humour as well as the abilty to jail people for long periods of time. There are good Ogliarchs and bad Ogliarchs. The good ones leave Russia and buy football clubs and definitely do not meddle in Russian politics. The bad ones meddle in Russian politics and go to jail.
Russia has a lot in common with N.Ireland. The "good terrorists" support the fraudulant "Peace Process" and are allowed to wallow in criminality. The "bad terrorists" go against the "Peace Process" and go to jail or are murdered.
