The Titanic still makes the news in a regular fashion. Edwin Lundy could use his influence within his department to make sure the little known fact below becomes more widley known within our culture. I am sure if he tried really hard he could manage to get someone a grant just to have this done.

One of the least publicised facts about the unfortunate events surrounding the doomed Titanic is that one very, very,very fortunate passenger got off the ship at Queenstown 11th April 1912. He did so after taking pictures of many of the passengers aboard the "ill fated" vessel. Did he know something that no one else did?
