The IRA have had their own style of policing and justice for decades. Shaun Woodward should have a word with the Presbytery of the PPC, they are the ones who need to be given advice regarding policing and justice.

PROVERBS 1:10-19 describes the longstanding style of IRA Policing and Justice.
10 My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
11 If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:
