There is a saying, "History repeats itself", I have no idea who the originator of this sentiment was, but I do hope the principle is seen in the new year God willing. The times in recent history in N.Ireland when Lundy`s were weeded out, were times of revival, perhaps 2008 wil be a year of revival in Ulster.

It has been most interesting to read the hysterical ranting of Sammy Lundy simply because a political opposition to his Lundyism has emerged. MP launches attack on new grouping Sammy`s reaction seems to indicate he knows the Lundies will suffer electorally by reason of their treachery.
The media also have been showing their true colours in reporting on this development. Note how the journalist brands this grouping "hardline Unionist", this is uneccessary and reveals his own bias. MEP heralds end of 'Ulster sell-out': The News Letter
