Any reasonable person has come to the conclusion a very long time ago that there are very large number of people who are above the law! He is a member of a party that has been instrumental in putting such people into the government of N.Ireland. For all his tough talk, it most be borne in mind when Pope Lundy1 says, "jump David" he is to spinless to ask, "how high?" he just jumps!
