Many of UK MSM had been propagating the notions of a "stalemate," incompetent opposition forces, the high financial expenses for the UK forces and various other defeatist bits of nonsense. If you take the UK MSM seriously you would think a numerous amount of them did not want to see Gaddafi overthrown!
DISINFORMATION.
There are now many reports the Gaddafi crime family apparachiks are wavering and looking for a way out of their predicament.
The progress made by the Libyans are having some benefits for the UK as well. In one instance a suspect in the murder of Yvonne Fletcher has been located and is in custody.

It has also been reported the whereabouts of Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi the convicted Lockerbie bomber is known.
If he is captured and given a thorough medical examination it will prove to be a very embarassing scenario for all involved in his release, especially the medical experts who said he was dying of cancer.
Hopefully he will be captured safe and well then requestioned about Lockerbie.
Somewhere in Libya there will records of all the arms Gaddafi shipped to IRA/MI5. Perhaps we may even come across the Libyan personel involved with supplying the arms, then they can tell the world how it was done and who exactly was involved.
