DUBAI AND THE REBUILDING OF BABYLON.

The heinous "child abuse" scandals have focussed attention on Babylonianism this week. Another story has also focussed attention on the literal city of Babylon.

It is widely suspected the impressive rebuilding of Dubai is really a practice run for the intended rebulding of the literal city of Babylon in present day Iraq.

When you take a close look at the rebuilding of Dubai it is staggering to think of how quickly modern day Babylon could be reconstructed into a technological, archetectural and commercial capitol. Some years ago it was even suggested in the UN that the UN should be relocated at the historical site of Babylon.

Isa 13:19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.

Re 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
