Any inquiry which is set up in the UK to investigate "the old boys " network is usually made up of some other "good old boys." Ordinary members of the public should be given positions on these inquires to ensure no cover ups are carried out. It should be quite easy to select individuals from the Jury service lists.

This whole article describes a whole web of deceit and crooked organisations who need to be looked into. The resignation of Howard Davies is merely a con to fool the public. When creeps like Davies give up a position they know perfectly well the old boys network will look after them and they will get another suitable position if they desire it.
