Dealing with the past in N.Ireland has elicited quite a number of articles and methods. Recently Liam Clarke mentioned a vague concept of how to go about the matter. Today he has produced a more detailed model of the original concept. It seems as if Liam Clarke is pushing some one`s agenda as to how the past is dealt with.
