I did post a comment for Nelson this morning but it has not appeared as of yet. He is probably much too busy anyway.
This is a query I have concerning Culture and Arts. How can a small British outpost called Gibraltar manage to sponsor one of the most prestigious chess tournaments in the world and N.Ireland cannot?

As everyone knows there are strong British cultural links between Gibraltar and N.Ireland. If Nelson showed a little initiative he could set up the biggest Ulster/Scots chess world championship in history!
It would be surprising the number of Russians, Chinese, Ukranians, Latvians, Poles etc, would suddenly find they all have Ulster/Scots ancestors if the prize money was attractive enough!
