Jezabel & Ahab Meeting Elijah in Naboth`s Vineyard

Frank Dicksee (1853-1928 British)

OPINION POLL PUBLISHED IN THE SAMARIA TELEGRAPH
Latest opinion poll shows a majority of both communities in Samaria very happy with the powersharing agreement between Ahab and his wife Jezebel!

63% of Ahab`s MJMGNP, "Multi-Job, Money-Grabbing, Nepotistic party" said he was performing well. 48% of a very confused MJMGNP said they thought Jezebel was doing a good job, better than they ever expected!

64% of Jezebel`s SBP, "Sidonian Baalite party" were very pleased with what has been accomplished so far. They looked forward to the establishing of an "International Truth Commision" to bring closure and relief to the injustices suffered by the Sidonian Baalite community over the past 600 years!

7,000 of the late Naboth`s "Vineyard Heritage" supporters have declared the present agreement is unbiblical, immoral and unethical. Elijah the prophet is said to be furious and is looking for a showdown with Ahab and Jezebel.
The Samaria Telegraph categorically states these 7,000 are only about 1% of the electorate, they are also "backwoodsmen", malcontents and dissidents!

Readers should be aware The Samaria Telegraph is known to be favoured by Jezebel`s SBP. The owners and editorial staff are delighted with all and any efforts to forward religious and political ecumenism.

Noel McAdam whose name is given as the journalist writing the story analysing the poll in the Belfast Telegraph, would be better using his time to do a survey of all the Pink Presbyterian Church ministers. See what percentage of them are happy with Pope Lundy the first`s performance over the last 100 days?
Now that would be a story worth printing and reading!
