As far as I know this incident happened on Sunday and was
immediately picked up by MSM UTV and VBC.
However an incident with a dog occured last week in the Grove Playing Fields, the matter was only reported by the Micky Mouse "LAUGHING STOCK NEWS." The story is not online yet so I cannot give you a link to it.
This is my dog in the Grove Playing Fields during the summer. It is a real great place to take a whole crowd of kids running, especially with only ONE teacher looking after them!
