WHO COULD CARRY OUT THE NEEDED INQUIRY?

David McLundy has stressed the need for an inquiry which is not run by the Civil service. Who would have the expertise, time and incisiveness to carry out such an inquiry? There is one who could do it, by public demand, bring back Freddy Scapaticci.

Mr Priestly's conduct is to be investigated by the civil service, but one UUP MLA David McNarry says it is not good enough.
"I don't think that the civil service can investigate itself."
"We need to have the best people available and the most trust-worthy people available to carry out this inquiry as to what happened",
Mr McNarry said.
It is not known how long the inquiry into the Permanent Secretary's conduct will take.

Proverbs 29:11-13
11 A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
12 If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.
13 The poor and the deceitful man meet together: the LORD lighteneth both their eyes.
