It is time for all the political parties in N. Ireland to call for an inquiry into the much publicised Kincora scandal. Any honest inquiry will lead to the same source being identified as the guilty party! The strange thing is, even the Roman Catholic politicians in N.Ireland do not want to mention Kincora in any serious manner!
