HIDDEN HISTORY; WHO MURDERED ABRAHAM LINCOLN?

2Sa 15:31 And one told David, saying, Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom. And David said, O LORD, I pray thee, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness.

David was fully aware of the dangerous capabilites of his former strategist Ahithophel. He knew he was facing a conspiracy so great only his God could overthrow it.

Christians today are in the same predicament, we are faced with a multitude of Ahithophels and only the Lord can bring their plans to nothing.


Many years ago I was in Washington DC and visited the rebuilt Ford theatre were Abraham Lincoln was assassinated. The very limited teaching of history which I had received in a British state school had lead me to believe the murder was the work of, “a lone nut” gunman. The museum in the Ford threatre showed it was actually the work of a group of conspirators.



A certain John Surrat had a very narrow and intriguing escape from prosecution related to the conspiracy. Guess who helped him escape and where he was eventually harboured and put into "military" service?

This is a picture of those individuals convicted of conspiracy. What had they all in common? They were all Babylonians!

It is not to hard to work out who murdered Lincoln!
